Waaaay behind!!

Yes it has been a while since I last blogged.  I have all manner of excuses, lack of enthusiasm was the main one although I won't list the rest of the excuses.  What I will do is share some photo's from over the last months activities.  I spent a beautiful, sunny day with Toby and his class mates at the zoo at the end of May.  So here are some photo's of our day.  I love being able to hang out with Toby, he's such a lovely boy who is liked by everyone and he even likes hanging out with me.  I got to sit next to him on the bus and share strawberry tic tac's with him and get all excited about the zoo animals with him.

I had four children to keep watch over from Toby's class and our first stop was a talk about animals and insects senses.  We were able to see up close and touch some animals.  The kids loved it, so did I.

After the show we were pretty well free to wander around the zoo in our class groups visiting the many animals.

My favourite animal at the zoo is always the giraffe.  Their colours, their height and their amazing soft, gentle eyes that melt my heart.

This is how I felt after a day at the zoo.
