Bowel prep, giggling silly playing eye spy in the waiting room, a very long few days.
Post Op
Crochet club in the penthouse balcony suite at Hotel Mater, a few more long days in recovery.
My Mum is doing very well now and we are hoping she will be home in the next day or two. The large lumps removed were benign tumors so we are celebrating and giving thanks. It took a good day to get through the nausea after the operation but she is up and running around the penthouse suite in Hotel Mater with views to the city and Mt Cootha.
PS. They serve good desserts there.

Glad to see your Mum is on the mend & happy for you that you could be there to support her. I have a friend being operated on today in the Mater, she is having her breast removed second bout of breast cancer in 9yrs & it's not looking good.
