It has been a home kind of day today. Baking a little something for a young man who turns 5 tomorrow.
I have also been busy in preparation for a celebration on Saturday. It's has a certain theme to it.
A little downloading, printing, cutting, laminating and a little more cutting, punch a few holes, add a little hat elastic and voilà!!
My helpers just had to try them out.

Is that a lemon buttery thing you're cooking there?
Suzi it was just a butter cake where you melt the butter and add milk. We did have a lemon icing though.
