A shot of positivity at counselling, a chiropractic neck cracking, a sunshiny walk, the smell of camellias and wispy clouds. I feel like I'm joining the land of the living again. A birthday tomorrow and a trip to Melbourne soon after. Looking forward to the Easter Weekend with family.
